YOGA THERAPY

Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach, one that looks at the many layers of an individual and the interconnectedness of one’s physical body, thoughts and emotions. Techniques such as yoga postures, breath work, visualizations and meditations are tailored to your individual needs to empower you with skills to progress toward improved health and wellbeing.  People often seek Yoga Therapy for support due to injury, illness, increasing strength and mobility, managing stress, anxiety or depression and emotional trauma, to name a few.

Initial session includes an assessment to identify your specific needs and goals.
