Somatics & Restorative Yoga

This gentle Somatics and Restorative Yoga class will focus on the opportunity to release the old and welcome a sense of renewal, growth and expansion as we head into a shift of seasons. Gentle Hanna somatic movement encourages sensing from within in order to become aware of and release habitual patterns of muscle tension, providing a seamless transition into the inward exploration of longer held, supported restorative poses to unwind, replenish and balance your nervous system.


• Monday |  7:15-8:30p (December 14, 21st)



This class is designed to support exploration of movement possibility. Breath awareness, strength & softness, balance, coordination & joint mobility will be experienced through various movement modalities including yoga asana, gentle somatic exercise and functional movement.


• Wednesday |  5:15-6:30p (December 16, 23rd)


Two-hour Somatic & Restorative Yoga practice:

Gentle class with longer held, supported poses. Deeply nourishing and restorative for the nervous system. Props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets are used to support the body.

Thai Restorative:

A two hour deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga class infused with Thai Massage. This is a special class offered several times throughout the year. Private bookings are welcome.
