10-week series (January 14th-March 17th)
Consistency and commitment are key to Yoga. In this series, you will practice once a week with a small group and build on particular themes and foundations. Gain the experience and knowledge necessary to feel comfortable to start a home practice or deepen your current one. Suitable for everyone regardless of experience. Limited space. $175

Open to any groups of 8 or less—from families and friends to co-workers and wedding parties. Great way to introduce the practice of Yoga in a safe and comfortable environment and share in the richness of connection.

I want to share with you everything that I have learned and continue to learn on my path of Yoga. My wish is that each person discovers glimpses of the Self and develops their own steady practices to cultivate that connection. May you begin to feel healthy and vital, calm and peaceful. May you begin to improve your Self-care and honour yourself as you are. May we piece ourselves back to wholeness one breath at a time.

Gentle Somatics & Restorative Yoga:
Just as the energy of nature blossoms into spring, so too does the energy within us crave to begin again. This gentle Somatics and Restorative Yoga series will focus on the opportunity to release the old and welcome a sense of renewal, growth and expansion as we head into a shift of seasons. Gentle Hanna somatic movement encourages sensing from within in order to become aware of and release habitual patterns of muscle tension, providing a seamless transition into the inward exploration of longer held, supported restorative poses to unwind, replenish and balance your nervous system.

This class is designed to support exploration of movement possibility. Strength & softness, balance & coordination, breath awareness & joint mobility will be experienced through various movement modalities including yoga asana, gentle somatic exercise and functional movement.
• Wednesdays | 5:15-6:30 pm *Next session TBA

Two-hour Restorative Yoga practice:
Gentle class with longer held, supported poses. Deeply nourishing and restorative for the nervous system. Props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets are used to support the body.

A two hour deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga class infused with Thai Massage. This is a special class offered several times throughout the year. Private bookings are welcome.

Connect with other new mothers while taping into your breath and beautiful postpartum body. We will focus on bringing balance back to the pelvis and abdomen, easing tension and finding softness and relaxation. This is a gentle class suitable for all women.
