May 2021 Session

Somatics & Restorative Yoga

Just as the energy of nature blossoms into spring, so too does the energy within us crave to begin again. This gentle somatics and restorative yoga class will focus on the opportunity to release the old and welcome a sense of renewal, growth and expansion as we head into a shift of seasons.

Somatic movement encourages sensing from within in order to become aware of and release habitual patterns of muscle tension, providing a seamless transition into the inward exploration of longer held, supported restorative poses. Unwind, replenish and balance your nervous system.

Suitable for beginners, all are welcome.

Sunday | 10-11:15am (May 2.9.16.30. No class May long weekend)

I see yoga as a way of living and approaching our lives. The attention, intention and awareness that we cultivate on our mats within ourselves flows into what we bring to our daily living, our work and our relationships with others.
